Distinguished Reiki Master Julia Carroll, M.A., (Behavioral Science); Post-Graduate Art Therapy Degree; Pastoral Counselor; Ph.D. (ABD) Holistic Wellness; Adjunct Psychology Professor and author of several books.

Julia's third book on Reiki, Reiki Touch Twentieth Anniversary Edition: Professional Touch Mysteries, is enjoying 20 years of serving the international Reiki community. It has book reviews from the elite Oncology Nursing Society and the International Healing Touch journals. Julia's Reiki research has been published in many medical journals and she has taught Reiki at the legendary Dana Farber Cancer Institute, the renowned Andrew Weil's Program of Integrative Medicine and other eminent institutions.

Additionally, Julia travels to universities, delivering presentations to increase awareness of creative arts to promote healing of traumas. Her book, Healed by Light: Professional Art Therapy is widely used in psychology classes and counseling offices. Julia uses this book as well as her neuroscience training to work with international adoptees with socialization challenges, other maltreatment situations and ADD & ADHD.
